These terms apply to the appointment booking and messaging services Auvro provides on behalf of local service businesses ("the business"). By booking an appointment through a business's website or through the AI assistant that answers their phone, you agree to these terms.

The service

Auvro provides the software that schedules your appointment and sends confirmations. The appointment itself, the services performed, and the prices charged are the responsibility of the business you booked with. Prices quoted during booking are estimates confirmed by the business at your appointment.

Text message program

If you opt in, you will receive transactional text messages about your appointment — confirmations and reminders. Message frequency: typically one message per booking, plus an occasional reminder. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or email shoumik123majumdar@gmail.com. Opting out does not cancel your appointment — contact the business directly to change or cancel it.

Appointments, changes and cancellations

Cancellation, late-arrival and no-show policies are set by the business you booked with. Contact them directly to reschedule or cancel. We may cancel or adjust a booking if the business tells us to, or if a scheduling error occurred.

AI phone assistant

Calls to a participating business may be answered by an automated assistant, which identifies itself as such at the start of the call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the business can review requests. The assistant can quote only prices the business has published, and it cannot give professional, medical, or veterinary advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the booking system to make fraudulent, abusive, or repeated bogus bookings, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the services performed by the business. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the booking system is limited to the amount you paid us, which for customers booking appointments is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
